Project Packages
We provide extensive processing and machining capabilities to ensure your materials arrive ready for your specific application.
Threading
We offer threading services from 1/4" - 6" in single random lengths and double random lengths. Through our threading machines we produce a line pipe thread on carbon and stainless pipe.
Galvanizing
We stock from 1/2" - 12" in Seamless Hot Dip Galvanized in schedules STD, XH and 160; and 2" - 12" Grade B ERW STD Hot Dip Galvanized. Additionally, we can have other sizes galvanized in 3 - 5 days.
Cutting Stainless Steel
We now have the equipment to expand our cutting capabilities in Stainless steel products. With the addition of a new HEM saw in Houston and Indiana, our cutting capabilities extend from 1/2" through 24" up to 2" wall thickness. The saw is equipped with an automatic feed conveyor for multiple cuts. It is housed in it's own building to protect the saw blades from weather and assist the operator in maintaining the highest degree of accuracy possible.
Coating
We stock a full line of API pipe with 14 - 16 mils of Fusion Bonded Epoxy. We can offer any coating your job might require.
Machining
We have a complete machine shop in India, Enercon capable of machining fittings and flanges from 1/2" - 48". We can offer services such as taper bored ends, thru boring, threading, tapping and flat facing of flanges.
